AGAPE ATELIER RETURN POLICY
At Agape Atelier, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date.
We do not offer returns. Only exchange for the same item or another item of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer service team at info@agapeatelier.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to include the RMA number on the outside of the package when you return the item.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our exchange policy requirements. If the item is eligible for exchange, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the original purchase, minus the shipping costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return.
